VACC Facilitators

Promoting mental health awareness, guidance and program support

The VACC Fine Tuning Automotive Mental Health Program Facilitators are not counsellors or psychologists, however they will be the workplaces most valuable resource as business owners work their way through the program.

They will carry out face to face visits with participating workplaces or workshops to provide tailored support including:

  • development of workplace specific mental health action plans taking into consideration systems of work and suitable interventions
  • provide assistance and strategies for implementing policies and practices for improved mental health outcomes
  • provide resources and ongoing guidance.
